Co-founder & Global Mentor

Rali Mampeule is one of Africa’s most influential social entrepreneurs and development leaders. His journey began from humble beginnings as a street hawker, shaped by discipline, education, and a deep belief in the power of possibility. Through determination and excellence, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of South Africa and completed advanced management studies at Harvard University.

He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the South African Housing and Infrastructure Fund (SAHIF) and the African Housing and Infrastructure Fund (AHIF) — two pioneering platforms driving the delivery of affordable housing, serviced land, and modern infrastructure across multiple African countries. Through these institutions, thousands of families have gained access to dignified housing, economic opportunity, and improved quality of life.

Mr. Mampeule is also the Founder of the Mampeule Foundation, which focuses on youth development through scholarships, mentorship programs, leadership training, and humanitarian support for vulnerable communities across Southern Africa.

As Co-Founder and Global Mentor of the Men Empowerment Initiative (MEI), he provides strategic vision, continental leadership, and high-level mentorship to the movement. His role at MEI centers on shaping its long-term direction, strengthening governance, inspiring men to rise in purpose, and positioning MEI as a scalable African model for male empowerment, family restoration, and community transformation.
