Goanbei Emmanuel Zeyoe is a Liberian business leader with a strong focus on infrastructure development, impact investment, and cross-continental partnerships. With an extensive network across government ministries, private sector institutions, and international organizations, he has played a key role in coordinating high-value investments within Liberia’s priority sectors for national growth and development.

He is also a devout Christian who has set aside his life to the service of God, a commitment that deeply shapes his leadership values, decision-making, and dedication to community transformation.

As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the Men Empowerment Initiative (MEI), Mr. Zeyoe provides overall strategic leadership and institutional direction for the organization. He is responsible for shaping MEI’s vision into practical programs, building strategic partnerships, and overseeing the operational and administrative execution of MEI’s empowerment agenda. His work at MEI centers on restoring purpose in men, strengthening family structures, and creating sustainable pathways for skills development, entrepreneurship, and leadership transformation across Liberia and beyond.
